Holiday House Mikula

The holiday house Mikula is located directly on the beach, and it is avaialble to rent throughout the year. It is placed in the bay Cerenje on the island of Pasman, which has a regular connection with the mainland - it takes about 15min with the ferry to get to the island from Biograd na moru, and the ferry is leaving more then 10 times a day. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.

This is a semi-detached building (it is leaning with one wall on another house with a different owner).

It can accommodate up to 5 persons in its two seperate bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with three single beds. Kindly note that it is not accepted to bring pets to this house. The holiday house is accessible by car on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Rentals during winter are possible, please note that water can only get heated on the stove, and heating materials will create an extra cost.

The water tank holds 15.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household or electric appliancies which do not belong to the equipment of the house may be used, except of battery rechargers. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The outside shower has a black container, where the water warms up by the warmth of the sun. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. The water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, and a gas stove without an oven. Bed linen and bathroom towels are prepared for you. Fresh will arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available, therefore kindly bring your own.

Outside barbecue and outside shower are also available.

Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, using your regular household recharger.

Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. The device for which this card is purchased works as a hot spot.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license).

Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night.
