Lovely and cozy holiday apartment Ivan for rent, situated in Biograd na moru is ideal for two persons, but with an extra bed available upon request and surcharge, it may accommodate a child as the third person. It is placed on the base floor of a family house in the peaceful neighborhood, on a comfortable walking distance to the beaches and town centre both. On an approximately same distance from the house are both the pebble beach Drazica and the sandy beach Soline, both beaches are in the shade of the pine trees, with a shallow entrance and many facilities for children.

Holiday apartment Ivan is a pet-friendly accommodation - upon inquiry and against a surcharge of 5,00 EUR per day per pet, you may take your pet with you on your vacation here.

The functional kitchen is fitted out with cookware and tableware, cooking hob and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is one bedroom, with a double bed.  The apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with SAT TV and free Wi-Fi (Wlan) internet connection. A stone oven for barbecuing is available in the yard.

One parking space in the yard is available without further charges; you will not need to use the car, because everything (beach, promenade with restaurants and bars, shops, banks) is on the walking distance.
