There is a built barbecue outside.  Transfer from Tkon (Pasman) to the house is in the price once upon arrival, and back once at the end of the vacation. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.

The fresh water reservoir holds 18.000 l, the electricity of 12V is solar powered. Running cold water from the reservoir is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom sink, in the toilet there is running sea-water, the shower is outside, has it's own reservoir.  In the kitchen there is a small electric refrigerator, a large gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. There is a barbecue outside.  Transfer from Biograd to the house is in the price once upon arrival, and back once at the end of the vacation. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.
