Most of these houses on islands are accessible only by sea. The rough
gravel/dirt country road that leads to the houses accessible by land,
over a hilly area that stretches along the island, is not recommendable
for low-laying cars. These houses may be rented from Saturday till
Saturday.
Some houses are placed in "villages" - groups of houses near each other, some houses are more
separate, but none of them is completely isolated.
The sea and the coast are in Croatia common goods and cannot be one's property.
By all means, spending time in any of these houses means to experience
ultimate relaxation through returning to the simple ways of living.
However, you would need your mobile phone with you, so that you could communicate
with us if necessary. You can recharge your mobile phone in
the house if you bring the device that is used for recharging in cars
(12V).
Once you leave your car in a safe parking place, the transfer to the house
(and back at the end of your stay) and the safekeeping of your car is free
of charge, if the house of your choice is not accessible by car.

Delivery
of groceries is organized for those houses that are not to be driven to.
Economizing with water is obligatory. Same is with the electricity, even
though some of the houses have 220V electricity - extensive use can
easily empty the batteries - so the electricity is to be used here only
for lights, recharging of the mobile phone batteries, and perhaps a
radio.
Boat
rental is possible on request. To drive a boat in Croatian waters, one
have to have a boat drivers license to present. If you are taking your
own vessel to Croatia, you will have to report it to the harbormasters
office where you will also purchase the obligatory vignette for your
vessel.
With your fishing equipment and a fishing license, which license we can
organize for you per your request, you can provide yourself a meal fresh
from the sea.
Seize the pleasure of relaxing, just watching the sea-gulls, lazily sailing on the soft blue sky,
or occasionally a group of dolphins frolicking in the crystal clear
sea.
Leave your every-day worries behind and surrender to the healing
serenity of the sun, the sound of waves and the pure, unspoiled nature.
